Every day, we offer two thoughtfully scheduled delivery windows: 7–9 AM and 1–3 PM. Each window has limited spots, so every bouquet and drink gets the attention it deserves. Once a window fills up, it’s gone for the day!

We want every surprise to be thoughtful, including what goes into the cup and bouquet. If the recipient has an allergy or sensitivity, please read this before requesting delivery.

- Other ingredients: syrups, sauces, toppings and other drink ingredients can contain allergens such as soy, dairy or nuts.
- Flowers: bouquets may include pollen, greenery, fragrances or plant materials that trigger sensitivities.
Important: Drinks may be prepared with shared tools or surfaces. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free or free from cross-contact. Ingredient and allergen details depend on our coffee shop and may change. If someone has a serious allergy, contact us to verify ingredients and preparation practices before ordering; if safety cannot be confirmed, please don't order that item.

Do you deliver everywhere?
We deliver within about 10 miles of our pickup point near Madison & Hazel in Fair Oaks, CA. There is a 5-mile standard zone and a 5–10-mile extended zone, and we confirm your address before accepting an order.
What happens when a delivery window sells out?
Each drop has limited spots. Once a window is full, that window closes for new orders. You can choose the other window or another day. This sample calendar does not yet track actual reservations or remaining capacity.
Can I customize the drink?
Yes! Choose from the coffee, matcha and tea menu. Milk-based drinks default to whole milk, with almond or oat options. Cappuccino and cortado are hot only; cold brew is iced only. Americano and cold brew offer vanilla, sugar-free vanilla, honey or maple, and an optional milk or half-and-half splash. Read our allergy information before ordering.
Can I order same-day?
Yes, if you order in time. Ordering for each drop closes the evening before at 6:00 PM. For something sooner, visit Last-Minute Delivery. Rush requests need individual approval, include an additional fee, and depend on staffing, available flowers, drinks and delivery distance.
